In "Air Raid Wardens" (1943/67 min.), two bumbling air raid wardens rejected by the military become heroes when they accidentally wander into a group of Nazi saboteurs conspiring to blow up a magnesium plant. In "Nothing But Trouble" (1944/69 min.), Hardy and Laurel are a cook and a butler hired by a society lady hosting an exiled king for dinner.
